• Keep you apprised of buyer's loan approval.
• Review the sales price with a professional appraiser.
• Meet deadlines to eliminate any contingencies.
• Keep you informed of all inspection reports.
• Manage any home repairs and make sure deadlines are met.
• Personally review all closing documents and make sure both parties have copies.
• Coordinate the closing dates with all parties.
• Review HUD 1 Settlement state for accuracy and discuss with you.
• Promptly deliver the closing check to you and keys to the new owner.
